The Story behind

I moved to Mauritius at the end of 2023 for a sabbatical. I had plenty of time to decide what I wanted to do next and spent long hours meditating and taking yoga and Reiki classes. During a channeling exercise in one of my Reiki class, I received this idea of a new kind of divination, later turned into a game.

A game of intuition

I wanted to create a deck that would be easy to interpret, fun to use, and that could be played, rather than used for divination. I designed the text of each and every card so that it gives a clear answer (yes, no, maybe not right now...) but also calls for follow-up questions and sparks discussion. This way, a classic Oracle deck became a discussion game...

Gameplay

Pick a category card first, this will give you the theme of your question. Then a modality card to know if you need to share your question, say it aloud, or play in duo... Pick your Oracle, another player that will assist you. You can now ask your question and pick your first Oracle card. Based on the card, discuss, refine your question and ask again. Pick a card. And again to reach 3 cards and the round is over. 

What is included?

The Oracle of Success is a beautiful 78-card deck composed of 64 silver-foil Oracle cards, 8 Category cards, and 6 Modality cards, all printed on high-quality 350gsm card stock. The game comes in a silver-foil tuck box, and the rules are available online. The game can be complemented by a game board to display the cards beautifully, and the first expansion, the Vortex Oracle, is available as an add-on.
